Driver for NVIDIA NVIDIA ION - downloading and installing it

1. NVIDIA NVIDIA ION - install the driver manually

1. Download the driver setup file for NVIDIA NVIDIA ION driver from the location below. This is the download link for the driver version 9.18.13.4052 dated 2014-07-02.

3. Run the driver setup file from a Windows account with the highest privileges (rights). If your User Access Control (UAC) is started then you will have to accept of the driver and run the setup with administrative rights.

5. Go through the driver setup wizard, which should be quite straightforward. The driver setup wizard will analyze your PC for compatible devices and will install the driver.

7. Shutdown and restart your computer and enjoy the new driver, as you can see it was quite smple.

2. Installing the NVIDIA NVIDIA ION driver using DriverMax: the easy way

1. Open DriverMax and press on the yellow button that says ~SCAN FOR DRIVER UPDATES NOW~. Wait for DriverMax to scan and analyze each driver on your PC.

3. Take a look at the list of available driver updates. Search the list until you locate the NVIDIA NVIDIA ION driver. Click on Update.
