Driver for NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce 6800 XT - downloading and installing it

1. Install NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce 6800 XT driver manually

1. Download the setup file for NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce 6800 XT driver from the link below. This download link is for the driver version 6.14.13.0142 dated 2012-05-15.

3. Start the driver installation file from a Windows account with the highest privileges (rights). If your UAC (User Access Control) is running then you will have to confirm the installation of the driver and run the setup with administrative rights.

2. Using DriverMax to install NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce 6800 XT driver

1. Start DriverMax and press on the yellow button that says ~SCAN FOR DRIVER UPDATES NOW~. Wait for DriverMax to scan and analyze each driver on your PC.

3. Take a look at the list of driver updates. Scroll the list down until you find the NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce 6800 XT driver. Click on Update.
