Broadcom Broadcom 802.11a/b/g WLAN - two ways of downloading and installing the driver

1. Manually install Broadcom Broadcom 802.11a/b/g WLAN driver

1. You can download from the link below the driver installer file for the Broadcom Broadcom 802.11a/b/g WLAN driver. The archive contains version 6.30.223.221 released on 2014-01-07 of the driver.

3. Start the driver installer file from a user account with the highest privileges (rights). If your User Access Control (UAC) is running please confirm the installation of the driver and run the setup with administrative rights.

5. Follow the driver setup wizard, which will guide you; it should be quite easy to follow. The driver setup wizard will scan your PC and will install the right driver.

7. When the operation finishes shutdown and restart your computer in order to use the updated driver. As you can see it was quite smple to install a Windows driver!

2. Using DriverMax to install Broadcom Broadcom 802.11a/b/g WLAN driver

1. Open DriverMax and click on the yellow button that says ~SCAN FOR DRIVER UPDATES NOW~. Wait for DriverMax to analyze each driver on your computer.

3. Take a look at the list of detected driver updates. Scroll the list down until you locate the Broadcom Broadcom 802.11a/b/g WLAN driver. Click the Update button.
