How can I download a driver?

The first step is to make sure that you installed the latest release of DriverMax. This is very important if you want to be able to download the drivers that you need. You can get the most recent version from here.

You reached this page by using the search function. The previous results only showed that we have the drivers you need. Unfortunately we can not allow drivers to be downloaded and installed only after a name search. We have to make sure the files you are downloading really match your computer's hardware configuration. After installing DriverMax you will be able to download the correct drivers.

Make sure the device for which you want to install a driver is plugged in, started and enabled. Otherwise DriverMax might not be able to detect it. Then click on "Check for driver updates".

A web page will open in your browser. Locate the device driver you want to update then and click the sign. Locate the version you need (we have several versions you can chose from!) then click the sign once again. The DriverMax Agent will open and the download will start.

Only in case you could not find find your device on the page above please continue with this paragraph. If the hardware device was not listed when you clicked on "Check for driver updates" it might have no driver installed. Don't worry - DriverMax identify what this device is and and locate a driver for download. Simply click on "Identify unknown hardware".
