A real person reads every message, and we answer in English. There is a faster route for anything about the app itself — it is the first thing below.
If it is about the app, write from inside it
Open DriverMax, go to Settings → Help and contact → Contact us. That form sends the application log and your Windows details with your message — which is what a question about a driver, an install or an activation needs — and you can see and untick everything before it goes.
The reply comes back inside DriverMax under Settings, and by email too if you give an address. It saves the three messages it otherwise takes us to ask what you are running.
For anything else — sales, invoices, partnerships, press, or a licence question you cannot get to the app to ask — this form reaches the same people. If you are trying to enter a registration code, the registration page walks through it step by step.
